APRIL 2013- A 6 month contract for a Production Administrator has become available within Lightmedia, the friendly candidate must be highly organised have a great sense of humour and, enjoy working with a busy team under pressure, and are capable of working on their own initiative. The ideal candidate must have a high standard of telephone manner, be able to communicate between departments, freelancers and clients to ensure the smooth flow of information from each dept and external parties. This role requires someone with a great deal of common sense and who can provide administration support to both the sales team and the production team.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills, knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel also sage ACT would be advantageous. You must be able to work under pressure and have a flexible approach to the demands of a busy department alongside showing strong time management skills.
