Eddie started Lightmedia 14 years ago, building his business by reinvesting all profits back into the company. From starting with one 18sqm trailer mounted LED screen LMD has grown to a fleet of 11 mobile screens and 200sqm of modular screen panels. Eddie is well known throughout the LED screen hire industry as a trouble shooter and receives numerous phone calls from within the event industry for his straight talking advice and professional approach to each job. Eddie was also a consultant to the BBC for Live 8.
Sarah Elliott-Smith – Sales and Finance Director sarah@lightmedia.co.uk
Before working at LMD, Sarah ran a successful advertising department at a newspaper for 9 years. Sarah is a strong asset to the Lightmedia Displays team and her professional manner, sales knowledge and experience has enabled the company to accelerate over the past 10 years.
Rosa Rudak – Account Manager rosa@lightmedia.co.uk
Rosa has worked within the events industry for over 12 years and understands the industry and the challenges that event organisers may face. Rosa has worked as an account manager for Lightmedia Displays for over 6 years. Rosa’s strengths are her ability to deal with whatever is thrown at her with a smile and in a calm and helpful manner which as most event organisers appreciate is a great quality to have in this industry. Rosa is the epitome of what Lightmedia stands for. Rosa gives an extremely high level of personal service to each client and pays attention to even the smallest of details.
Karen Foster – Office Manager karen@lightmedia.co.uk
Karen has considerable experience as an office manager and has been a part of the Lightmedia team for 3 years. Karen primarily deals with the administration side to the company ensuring that every detail is confirmed prior to an event or hire. Karen’s strong organisational skills are an integral part of the company structure of LMD.
Jamie Riddoch – Head Technician jamie@lightmedia.co.uk
Jamie originally began working at Lightmedia as a video editor, creating adverts and highlight reels on behalf of our clients. He progressed into a technicians role and was personally mentored by Eddie for over four years. Due to his success he was promoted to head technician for Lightmedia two years ago. Jamie also takes responsibility for ensuring every screen hire leaves the warehouse in perfect condition.
