We know all too well how stressful working from home can be, and we imagine that most of you are eager to dust down your work clothes and start networking again with your colleagues.

Here at Lightmedia, we love helping to create corporate conferences, and now more than ever, we know all too well how much companies need them. According to the current Covid-19 guidelines, conferences, along with other indoor events are prohibited until the 17th May 2021, but have you thought about organising a safe and socially distanced drive-in conference instead? We’ll be honest, neither did we, until last week when we helped one of our clients create one!

Our Lightmedia technicians were onsite in Manchester bright and early; to set up three of our LED screens, in order to make sure we were ready for our clients’ audience to arrive at 7am. Opting for one 21sqm and two 45sqm Mobile LED screens, our most popular screen for drive-in events. It’s the largest in the LMD fleet and accounts for up to 250 cars’ viewing purposes, while also leaving a 2 metre social distancing gap between every vehicle. With all three LED screens in position, we were able to ensure every car had an amazing view of our client’s presentation, while our FM transmission enabled the sound to be transmitted through their car radios.

Our technical experts were on hand throughout the entirety of the event, helping our client to creatively display PowerPoint presentations and video content so they were able to solely focus on presenting their event from a centre stage truck.

The safe and socially distanced drive-in was a success, we received great feedback and we’re keen to help turn even more conference ideas into realities. With Lightmedia’s help, you can easily create an engaging conference and captivate your audience with one of our high resolution LED Screens.
